INGREDIENTS:

AMARETTI 200 g, 100 g
SUGAR
200 g ricotta cheese, 1 egg

PROCEEDINGS
- To prepare the dough :
- Melt the butter in a double boiler and let cool.
- In a bowl mix sugar, melted butter, the 'egg and then flour and baking powder sifted.
- You will get a very soft dough and a little sticky.
- Roll out the dough into a 26 cm springform pan coated with baking paper.
