pie with artichokes
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS:
1 roll of puff pastry ready;
3 eggs;
1 jar artichokes in oil;
2 heaping tablespoons of grated cheese;
2 heaping tablespoons of bread crumbs;
salt and pepper;
PROCEEDINGS
- Put the dough dough into the pan covered with parchment paper and prick with a fork, keep aside some strip.
- In a bowl, beat eggs, add salt and pepper, grated cheese, breadcrumbs and chopped artichokes.
- Mix well and pour the mixture on the basis of puff pastry.
- Complete cover with strips of pastry and place the folded edge inside.
- Place in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 35 minutes.
- Let stand in oven off about ten minutes.
- Turn out and serve the cake on a serving platter.
