Yogurt Smoothie .. .. light lunch or tasty snack!


Buenos dias a todos day today ... nothing short of amazing, a real spring weather ... looks like a Sunday in May, the thermometer has arrived 29 ° ... and how do you not take advantage?!?

The recipe below is for four people and then come four beautiful pieces ... I yesterday I made it with half of the ingredients ..

yogurt smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

4 GOLDEN APPLES;
4 cups (125 grams each) of creamy yogurt SWEET => 500gr (I used 2 jars the white fly);
4 teaspoons honey, 1 lemon

PROCEEDINGS

- Clean, cleanse and peel the apples.
- Cut into small pieces and place them in the blender.
- Add a little lemon juice, honey, yoghurt and whisk well.
- Put the mixture into 4 dessert bowls, garnish with some apple slices and serve.
