seraaaaa good .... But here I am posting this delicacy ... the title I made it, never mind, for the boost of calories (nutella nutella nutelaaa) ... which gives useful in times of moral instability! assure its excellent remedy culinary purposes ... ..!
Often when I do forward the mascarpone and do not know what to make ... hihihi ... la felicità di tutta la famiglia che lo adoraaaaa.
Ma, ora veniamo alla preparazione. Gli ingredienti sono indicativi, poi ci si regola mentre si amalgama la crema.

Dolce del buon umore (con nutella e mascarpone)

Per 4 PERSONE

INGREDIENTI:

BISCOTTI SECCHI => per la quantità ci si regola in base alla grandezza della ciotola (i galletti sono i migliori ma vanno benissimo anche i pan di stelle come da foto);
LATTE a temperatuta ambiente (per inzuppare i biscotti);
2/3 cucchiai colmi di NUTELLA;
250 gr mascarpone;

PROCEEDINGS

- Mix the mascarpone with nutella cream until it is soft.


- In a bowl, begin to make the layers: the cream, biscuits soaked in milk, cream, even the cookies, still the cream and finally garnish with some cookies (see photo) for .. layers, however, can best be regulated according to the available cream ..).

yogurt smoothie

INGREDIENTS:

4 GOLDEN APPLES;
4 cups (125 grams each) of creamy yogurt SWEET => 500gr (I used 2 jars the white fly);
4 teaspoons honey, 1 lemon

PROCEEDINGS

- Clean, cleanse and peel the apples.
- Cut into small pieces and place them in the blender.
- Add a little lemon juice, honey, yoghurt and whisk well.
- Put the mixture into 4 dessert bowls, garnish with some apple slices and serve.

Personalmente la ritengo una torta delicata e leggera ma, allo stesso tempo, moooooolto gustosa...comunque è già stata spazzolata tutta...

Cheese cake ai mirtilli

Per 6/8 PERSONE

INGREDIENTI:

200 gr di BISCOTTI SECCHI (DIGESTIVE);
100 gr di BURRO;
3 UOVA;
250 gr di RICOTTA;
250 gr di MASCARPONE;
1 tablespoon white flour "00";
120 grams of sugar, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
;
grated rind of 1 lemon;

PROCEEDINGS

- Finely chop the biscuits (I recommend the digestive).
- Melt the butter in a double boiler.
- Combine the crushed biscuits with melted butter and mix well.


- Place the mixture pressing it well in a 26 cm springform pan coated with baking paper and place in refrigerator to cool for 30-40 minutes.

PROCEEDINGS

... here I am with one of my latest creations in the kitchen ... the chocolate mousse ... a delight for the palate and spirit. Chocolate Mousse

Per 6 PERSONE

INGREDIENTI:

200 gr di CIOCCOLATO FONDENTE;
200 gr di BURRO;
200 gr di ZUCCHERO;
6 UOVA;
BISCOTTI SECCHI (quanto basta, io ho aggiunto anche qualche AMARETTO);
PANNA MONTATA per guarnire;

PROCEDIMENTO:

- Preparate spezzettati i biscotti (io, solitamente, ne utilizzo 8/10) e, a piacere, qualche amaretto (col batticarne).
- Sciogliete dark chocolate with butter in double boiler.
- Beat 6 egg yolks with sugar.
- Add the chocolate cream (which, in the meantime, it must be warmed) with cream and sugar and egg yolks.


- Whip the whites' egg until stiff and incorporate sauce.
.. stir, stir ..


- United finally crushed biscuits, mix everything.


- Place the mousse in the refrigerator and leave for at least three hours before serving.


- Serve in bowls guano, as desired, with whipped cream.
