Samsung Incoming Call

Cake Tenerina


Hello dear .... here I am ... this weekend is no longer able to post my creations but I still had time to come to find all of you and gaze into your new recipe ... mmmmhhhh that goodness!
the cake is the beloved Tenerina Morettina cuochina (I decreased the dosage that I put in brackets maintaining the same proportions as I had a tin of 24 cm instead of one to 26 / 28) ... However
really lust, especially for chocolate lovers ... just feels that the chocolate melts in your mouth. Good good ..

Cake Tenerina

INGREDIENTS:

6 eggs (I used 4);
400 grams of dark chocolate (300 gr);
200 grams of butter (150 gr )
200 grams of sugar (150 gr);

PROCEEDINGS

- Melt in a water bath the chocolate with the butter and let cool.
- Whip the egg yolks with sugar until 'they become light and fluffy.
- Pour the melted chocolate.
- Whip until stiff and incorporate the abum sauce. Grease and flour a mold of 26-28 cm in diameter and pour the mixture.


- Preheat oven and bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes.
... freshly baked ...


- I've put in the fridge 3 / 4 hours and I have taken a couple of hours before serving.
- You can decorate it with whipped cream (as did Morettina) or, more simply, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

Mozzarelle in carrozza e....tanti auguri papino!!

good evening .... But first I want to do happy birthday to my daddy as today, March 19th, is Father's Day ... thanks for all you have done for me and you always making me never miss anything ...

's finally Thursday ... come again tomorrow and then there 's the weekend to rest for a bit ... I hope strongly as there is good weather these days so I can go and do some camminatina though I doubt in that it involves a worsening almost everywhere ... but here's tonight looked crazy .. it was just crazy this time!
This evening I made my first mozzarella in a carriage, was all that I wanted to try and I finally decided I have to say .. .. slurposissime were just the recipe that I post below is for 4 people (3 each), while I have halved the dose as we were in 2 ..

Mozzarella in a carriage

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS:

2 buffalo mozzarella (300 gr);
3 eggs;
1.5 dl milk;
24 slices of bread ';
breadcrumbs;
a pinch of salt 150 g butter
;

PROCEEDINGS

- With a sharp knife remove the crust from bread slices.
- Drain the mozzarella, pressing lightly with your fingers and then cut into slices the same thickness.
- In a flat-shelled eggs, add milk, salt and beat with fork until creamy and smooth.
- Dip the bread slices in mixture, turning on both sides and place them on a cutting board.
- Place the slices of mozzarella on half the bread slices (12).
- overlaps with the remaining slices by pressing with the palm of your hand above the edges.
- Pass the bread slices with mozzarella cheese in breadcrumbs, making it adhere well to each other.
- In a pan heat the butter and fry the slices making brown first on one side and then by 'another until it is golden brown.

Nj Forgot To File Unemployment

E...con gli albumi rimasti..meringhe, meringhe, meringhe!



Good seraaaa ....
I am posting the recipe of my meringues, which I improvised in quanto mi erano avanzati 5 albumi e mi dispiaceva buttarli via..
Comunque per essere la prima volta che le faccio, sono stata proprio soddisfatta della buona riuscita; la ricettina l'ho trovata girovagando in internet, non ricordo dove e devo dire che me la sono segnata perchè è perfetta..cosa molto importante tenete come riferimento per ogni albume 60 gr di zucchero..!

Meringhe

INGREDIENTI:

5 ALBUMI;
300 gr di ZUCCHERO (60 gr. ogni albume);
1 pizzico di SALE;

PROCEDIMENTO:

- Ponete gli egg whites in a large bowl, adding a pinch of salt.
- Beat the egg whites until the mixture is looking swollen and hard.
- continue to mount, begin to add sugar a tablespoon at a time.
- Finally, the mixture should be shiny and mostly solid (give it a try: reversing the spoon the mixture should not fall).
- Prepare a baking sheet covered with parchment paper.
- Put the mixture into piping bag and give shape to the meringues.


- Place in a preheated oven at 100 degrees for an 'hour.
- When cooked, turn off the oven door closed for taking 5 / 10 minutes, then open it leggermente lasciando riposare per altri 10 minuti circa. Io ho utilizzato tre teglie e quindi la prima volta ne ho messa una utilizzando il forno elettrico e poi ho messo le altre due utilizzando però quello ventilato ed entrambe le volte sono uscite perfette.

Ecco le meringhe (...le altre qualcuno le ha sottratte prima, quando erano ancora nella teglia..mio fratello non riusciva a resistere...)

Happy Saturday to all dear friends ...
... Here I am with the recipe that I have experienced Thursday; yes .. the Catalan cream was all I wanted to do it and finally I did. And 'one of my favorite desserts ... only flaw, not having the blowtorch (used by pastry chefs) are not able to make candy as I go ... well, patience ... it was fabulous, however, served hot e.. . do not tell you the smell of cinnamon in the air .. mmmmmmhh ... back to reality, here's the recipe, easy and fast ...

Crema Catalan

SERVES 4

INGREDIENTS:

4 egg yolks;
6.5 dl milk;
160 gr di ZUCCHERO;
30 gr di MAIZENA;
1 stecca di CANNELLA;
1 scorzetta di LIMONE;

PROCEDIMENTO:

- Portate a bollore 5,5 dl di latte con la cannella e la scorzetta di limone e spegnete il fuoco.
- Montate i tuorli con metà dello zucchero ottenendo un composto spumoso.
- Filtrate il latte caldo e, con una frusta, incorporatelo ai tuorli versandolo a filo.
- Diluite la maizena nel latte freddo tenuto da parte e amalgamate il tutto al composto.
- Cuocete la crema a fuoco basso senza farla bollire e sempre mescolando finchè si è addensata.
