I recommend it ...

muffin with chocolate chips
SERVES 4
INGREDIENTS (for 12 muffins):
470 g flour, 60 g
SUGAR
3 teaspoons Baking powder;
50 g Chocolate Chips;
1 / 2 teaspoon salt;
230 ml milk;
75 ml olive oil;
1 egg;
PROCEEDINGS
- 12 Prepare molds by placing them on the baking sheet.
- Sift flour with baking powder, add sugar, salt and mix together a mound.
- Separately, beat the 'egg and add milk and oil.
- Pour the mixture over the fountain and mix well.
- Finally, add the mixture to the chocolate chips.
- Mix and pour into molds half full of paper cups.
