... As I said a few days ago, I'm not concerned only with web usability, I'm not the only webmaster in a publishing house, but I also deal with marketing.

E vi garantisco che questo è solo il meno che mi sento dire.
E' vero, sono una donna. Purtroppo, o per fortuna, questo stato di cose non posso cambiarlo (e nemmeno voglio). Ma dove sta scritto che poiché appartengo al sesso femminile non posso aspirare anche io a qualcosa di più ?
Sarà anche vero che ancora oggi la nostra società premia e riconosce ancora maggiormente gli uomini, ma non posso e non voglio credere di non aver diritto a un posto nel mondo esattamente come piace a me.
Sono cresciuta molto leggendo un sacco di libri che parlavano di formazione personale, di autostima, di raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
In ciascuno di quei libri il ritornello era sempre il medesimo: "credici e ci riuscirai".
In salse più o meno diverse, il piatto alla base era sempre quello.
Ho stampati in mente un mucchio di concetti come l'essere proattivi, l'importanza del pensiero assertivo, della programmazione neuro linguistica e un mucchio di aforismi del tipo:

E soprattutto siginifica garantire anche a loro la stessa cosa.
Questo è l'ideale di felicità che sto cercando di far diventare realtà.
Ecco perché, quando ho trovato questa opportunità di lavoro, l'ho colta immediatamente!
Perché, come diceva qualcuno, di cui ora - accidenti - non ricordo l'identità: "l'occasione che non cogli non va persa. La coglierà qualcun altro al tuo posto!".
Oggi ho l'occasione di poter davvero trasformare i miei sogni in realtà, con impegno, certo, ma con un lavoro che mi garantirà, a fronte di sforzi limitati nel tempo , il raggiungimento del mio obiettivo:

Sono incappata in due libri particolarmente formativi per me: "I soldi fanno la felicità" e "L'arte della ricchezza", che mi hanno aperto un mondo, macché mondo, un universo!
Ho scoperto, leggendoli, che posso permettermi il lusso di pensare che col tempo anche io posso riuscirci. Riuscire a guadagnare abbastanza soldi da poter guadagnare tempo, la risorsa più preziosa che esista al mondo. Più prezioso dell'oro, più della silk, more than a Porsche or a Ferrari. More than any object technology on the market or not yet realized.
